Meet Brittany: Monarch’s Next Brand Host

We’re excited to introduce Brittany, our newest Brand Host at Monarch. She brings creativity, authenticity, and a strong sense of community to the role. These are qualities we know will resonate with both our audience and our clients.

Mom-focused audience perfectly matched the brand, driving trust and conversions.

From Sociology Student to Creator

Brittany is a 25-year-old mom with a background in sociology. While in university, she worked part-time at a local food company, Provisions, where she supported everything from production to sales and marketing. Though she wasn’t directly running their social channels, she helped plan content calendars and coordinate shoots. These were early signs of the creative curiosity that would later become her passion.

When she went on maternity leave, Brittany leaned into social media as a creative outlet. “Once I got over the fear of people watching me and seeing all my stuff, I just fell in love with it,” she says. What began as a way to share moments turned into a genuine pursuit of content creation, giving her the flexibility to stay home with her son while building something of her own.

A Creative at Heart

Creativity has always been at the center of Brittany’s story. She laughs remembering her younger self, filming videos on an iPod but deleting them before anyone could see. “I’ve always wanted to create,” she shares. Today, that creativity shows up not just in her content, but in hobbies that change with her curiosity, from making clay coasters for her wedding guests to experimenting with sourdough.

For Brittany, social media is more than a platform. It is a community. She’s found connection through supportive mom networks online. “It really feels like I have a little girl group,” she explains. “That support means so much.”

Introverted, but Never Boring

Though Brittany describes herself as introverted, her content tells a different story. “When I make a video, it feels like no one’s seeing it, even though I know they are,” she says. Once comfortable, her personality shines through as playful, a little quirky, and deeply relatable.

Her philosophy is simple. If content creation ever stops being fun, she won’t force it. “It’s always been a hobby and a creative outlet. If it ever feels like a job I dread, I want to stop. It’s important to me to keep that joy in it.”

Why Monarch

When Brittany first saw the Brand Host role, she wasn’t sure it was for her. But after a nudge from our team, she decided to apply, and we’re so glad she did. What drew her in was the challenge of working within a brand’s structure rather than just posting freely on her own channels. “It’s fun to do something different,” she says. “I love the idea of fitting myself into Monarch’s world.”

She’s especially excited about experimenting with trends, whether it’s quirky internet moments like “aura farming” or more structured breakdowns that help businesses see creative opportunities. Her favorite type of content to both watch and create is vlogs. The everyday, behind-the-scenes style that brings audiences closer to the person behind the camera.

What to Expect

Over the next three months, Brittany hopes to bring a fresh perspective to Monarch’s content while also introducing new audiences, especially from her mom community, to our brand. “Having a face for a company is really important,” she says. “It makes everything feel more personal and connected.”

She’s eager to collaborate with health and wellness brands, clothing companies, and businesses that align with her values of authenticity and creativity. And while her son may pop up here and there, she’s intentional about balancing motherhood content with her own voice and story.

Brittany’s Advice for New Creators

If Brittany could give one piece of advice to new creators, it would be to stop worrying about what others think and just start. In her early days of posting, she often hid behind videos that didn’t show her face or avoided speaking on camera because she was worried it might seem “cringey.” Looking back, she wishes she hadn’t let that hesitation hold her back for so long.

“Once I stopped caring about whether someone I don’t even talk to might think my video is embarrassing, everything got easier,” she explains. She reminds new creators that the people who matter will support them, and the people who judge aren’t worth the energy. For Brittany, content creation only started to feel fulfilling when she leaned into her real personality and trusted her own instincts.

Her perspective is simple. If you enjoy it, then create it. If it feels fun, it’s worth sharing. That shift in mindset is what allowed her to truly connect with her community and keep growing as a creator.

Closing Thoughts

We can’t wait for you to meet Brittany through her videos. With her creativity, relatability, and passion for community, she’s the perfect addition to the Monarch team. Expect a mix of personality, authenticity, and fun trends, always with that human-first approach we believe makes social media meaningful.
