Meet Nathan, Our Next Brand Host

In social media, nothing is guaranteed. Strategies need to remain flexible, and here is a real-time example of what that looks like.

At Monarch, we plan far ahead. We have rough marketing calendars sketched out well into 2026. That is what true marketing looks like: vision, structure, and long-term alignment. But just as important is agility. Social media shifts constantly. Formats change overnight. Audience behaviors evolve. Platforms roll out new features with no warning. The only way to build real results is to adapt in real time.

That is what our brand host program is all about.

Why a Brand Host

When we first piloted this role, we saw a gap in the industry. Most brands were either leaning too heavily on founders to be the face of content, or avoiding it altogether by relying on faceless graphics. Neither is sustainable at scale.

A brand host solves this by giving a brand a consistent, visible presence. Someone who understands trends, brings clarity to short-form video, and builds human connection with audiences.

We launched this experiment with Christina, who brought authenticity, creativity, and a grounded voice to our content. Her work helped us define what this role could be.

Next, we worked with Brittany, whose strength in building community within the mom demographic aligned perfectly with our goals. One month into her term, Brittany realized she wanted to focus on community work full-time. We ended her brand host term early and welcomed her onto our Communications team.

At Monarch, we do not double roles. To protect quality and prevent burnout, our people specialize in Creative, Communications, or Strategy and Analytics. That clarity is one reason our work lands. Our Communications team alone drives about 40 percent of the results we create for clients through consistent, human-first engagement.

Which brings us to our next chapter: Nathan.

Nathan, Monarch’s new brand host, holds a laptop showing a financial website while speaking confidently to the camera, demonstrating strong storytelling and natural delivery in a short-form video.

Why Nathan

Nathan is a flight attendant and rising UGC creator who impressed us from the first pitch. He went above and beyond by sending a video application instead of words on a page. That initiative matters. If you go the extra mile to pitch, you will go the extra mile for the work.

His purpose also aligns perfectly with ours. Nathan is passionate about helping flight attendants and people like him, find flexibility and financial freedom through content creation. That is at the heart of Monarch too. Yes, we serve clients, but our deeper purpose is to create ethical opportunities in this industry for people who are looking for them.

Nathan also understands where social media is headed. We use AI daily, but results come from human plus machine. As he put it: you need a face, a voice, and personality for people to trust. That is exactly why we created this role.

How He Creates

Even just months into his creator journey, Nathan has landed paid partnerships in AI and affiliate deals in haircare. He is thoughtful about hooks, natural in delivery, and inventive in format, like blending scripts with cooking videos to make process-driven content more engaging.

He brings the presence, adaptability, and empathy of a flight attendant to the camera. Skills that transfer seamlessly to building community online.

Nathan, Monarch’s brand host, holds up a black product in a well-lit room, adding humor and personality while explaining its features in a clean, engaging short-form video.

What to Expect

With Nathan stepping in as brand host, you can expect a new perspective and a different kind of energy in the feed. He represents a demographic and professional background we have not highlighted before, and that is intentional. Each host is chosen to show the many different ways creators can represent a brand authentically. Nathan’s presence will continue that evolution and add to the larger story of why human connection is the foundation of effective social media.

The Bigger Picture

Putting a face to a brand is not just a tactic. It is infrastructure. We saw it with Christina. We saw it with Brittany. And now we will see it again with Nathan. Just like before, we will share the results at the end of his term so the industry can see the measurable impact.

Welcome, Nathan

We are excited to introduce Nathan as Monarch’s next brand host. If you are a brand that needs an on-camera presence or a creator curious about collaboration, follow along with his weekly updates.

And if you missed the beginning of this journey, start with Christina’s pilot story and Brittany’s community-driven chapter.
